Billing

  • Invoices are issued on the 1st of each month for the upcoming service period.

  • We accept most major payment methods, including credit/debit cards and electronic payments.

Cancellations

  • You may cancel service at any time—no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.

  • To avoid being billed for the next month, cancellations must be submitted before the 1st of the month.

Missed Services

  • If we’re unable to access your yard (e.g., locked gates, aggressive pets outside), we’ll notify you and attempt to reschedule.

  • In the case of extreme weather or holidays, services may be delayed or moved, with prior notice.

Customer Responsibility

  • Please ensure yard access on your scheduled service day (unlock gates, secure pets).

  • Excessively overgrown yards or heavy waste buildup may incur an additional fee, which will be communicated in advance.

Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you’re not satisfied with a service, let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll make it right—free of charge.
